Our client is a well established, high profile, prestige franchised dealer with a very strong Aftersales facility. They need an equally strong Service orientated Aftersales Manager to run both their workshops and their parts operation. You will need an excellent understanding of all of the factors affecting profits throughout the service business and the ability to shape an already successful parts operation. With a staff of nearly 40, this is a very big challenge. We are looking for a candidate with a stable track record that demonstrates their ability to drive such a large team.
