Responsibilities: Our client, an important Regional Group, needs Group Aftersales Manager to take full responsibility for the aftersales, service and parts operation for a commercial vehicle operation with the full light, medium and heavy product ranges as well as various complex ancilliary equipment.

Reporting to the group operations manager, you will have full P+L responsibility for the operation and will be expected to deliver world class aftersales service via the company's growing number of operational locations, including stand alone service dealers and spare parts distributors.

You will need a strong background in aftersales management in at least heavy truck operations, with the focus on standardising operations, processes and procedures and inevitably improving performance. The right candidate will implement Group standards and procedures across the board and to build and manage a fully functioning, best in class infrastructure.
