General Manager

Our client requires a General Manager for this volume franchised dealership in the East Anglia area. An important site, with around 25-30 staff, we are looking for a process driven General Manager or a strong Sales Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will need to demonstrate excellent motivational skills and a real ability to lead and develop your team. A stable and successful track record within the motor industry is desirable.
